Students, staff, and external collaborators of Šibenik University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Ivanić-Grad and Effectus University of Applied Sciences are exempted from paying the registration fee if they submit and publish a paper in the Conference Proceedings.

Members of the Programme Committee who are (co)authors and/or reviewers, as well as partners of the Šibenik University of Applied Sciences with whom a Partnership Agreement for the conference has been concluded, are also exempt from paying the conference fee.

Authors from institutions that have a cooperation agreement with Šibenik University of Applied Sciences are eligible to pay 50% of the above-mentioned fees.
