SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project Well-ED – The WELL-being University: Nursing Higher EDucation Back to Health is aimed at improving the physical and mental health of lecturers, students, and healthcare professionals in higher education. The project seeks to introduce well-being topics and sustainable working habits in the healthcare sector through modern teaching methods and digital tools. Within the project, new educational content is being developed, including a digital guide for lecturers, an elective course with a digital component, and an application for monitoring healthy lifestyle habits. The developed content will be piloted in partner institutions and used to further enhance the quality of education in the field of healthcare.
