The aim of the course is to enable students to acquire basic knowledge about the concept of decentralization, as well as knowledge of the structure of state administration in
The Republic of Croatia, and the structure of regional and local self-governments and the impact of decentralization

1. Connect the fundamental concepts of decentralization.
2. Analyze the basic concepts of decentralization and adopt the types of decentralization
3. Distinguish the main forms of public administration
4. Explain and analyze the impact of decentralization on public administration
5. Independently and responsibly search, interpret and apply relevant literature for monitoring the decentralization process.
