In this course, students will become familiar with both the theoretical and practical aspects of HTML and CSS, the basic languages for structuring content and styling on the web. Students will learn to design and code web pages and gain an understanding of the modern web development process (from domain registration to the finalization of web page creation). No prior knowledge of the web or experience with modern graphic web design tools is required to successfully follow this course.

1. Create a page structure according to the detailed specification.
2. Style the page layout.
3. Structure the page display using client-side scripting.
4. Apply standard client-side scripting libraries to manage the page structure.
5. Analyze user requirements for a content management system in accordance with the given project.
6. Propose a content management system solution that meets the analyzed user requirements.
7. Implement a solution based on a content management system that meets the analyzed requirements.
