To enable students to assess the needs, plan, implement and evaluate medical care/health education in the patient's health, to apply diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation procedures in the patient's health, as well as to work in a multidisciplinary team.

1. to clarify the concept of health care at home and the legal provisions for health care at home
2. to clarify the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in the care of the patient or teenager
3. to demonstrate a planned medical care for the patient or teenager
4. to carry out the education of the recipient or participant in those areas of concern which are inadequate or of the members of the recipient's community
5. maintain nursing documentation
