Description:
To acquaint students with basic terms related to the basics of quality theory, the implementation of the quality management system and costs in the quality management system. The aim of improving the quality management system in the public sector is to introduce, analyze and apply methods and tools that can be used to recognize and eliminate non-conformities. Explain the importance and instruments of efficiency management and evaluation in public administration in general, and especially in Croatian conditions.
