The goal is that students, based on theoretical knowledge and case studies:
They understand the concept of cultural heritage and its role in society,
They recognize the impact of effective cultural heritage management on sustainable tourism development,
Acquire knowledge and skills for strategic planning of cultural heritage management,
They learn the basic concepts of cultural heritage management and apply the learned content in business practice

1. Interpret the concept of cultural heritage in the context of management and the positive and negative aspects of the connection between heritage and tourism.
2. Distinguish between organizations that manage cultural heritage, their activities and the necessary human resources.
3. Plan steps in developing a strategic plan for cultural heritage management.
4. Identify the potential of cultural heritage in community development and sustainable tourism.
5. Apply tools for interpreting cultural heritage
6. Apply creative marketing tools in promoting cultural heritage
7. Develop a plan for organizing a cultural event related to heritage
