1. approach a critical analysis of the organization's new roles and the way of creating and implementing a strategy
2. critically assess the way in which strategies are developed and implemented and identify modern strategies
3. comment on the issues of different organizational strategies and recommend the best way to implement them
4. analyze and evaluate the organizational vision and mission and goals of the organization
