To acquire the necessary basic and specific knowledge and skills for planning and implementing the care of patients in the intensive care unit.

1. to acquire practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of optical medical care for patients in intensive care units
2. to acquire special practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of specialised medical care for patients in intensive care units
3. to apply basic procedures for cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation
4. to assess the intensity of pain using different scales, methods and tools
5. to apply pharmacological agents and other techniques in the treatment of pain
